Responded to my form submission within minutes and set me uo with an appointment for the next day. Offered to call if an earlier appointment in the day opened. The next received a call early in the day asking if they could come by early. Cody was super friendly, reviewed the work, explained the work and provided me with a quote. He stopped back early the next morning as promised, completed the work quickly, reviewed bow the connection worked. Excellent experience. Happy to have a go to plumber.

What an amazing experience. Honestly, I don't know the company very well so what do you do when you need reliable, on time, non-intimidating service and pricing? You use a search engine to look for a company that will have all or most qualifications. I found All Star Plumbing & Air right away and scheduled an appointment. Mr. Cody arrived in a timely manner and spent more than an hour answering my million questions and concerns. He walked the whole property explaining how we could tackle every problem around the house but mainly how to solve our water heater issue. What a delight! He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and didn't seem to mind that every answer he gave me was accompanied by 10 more questions. Always positive and with a smile on his face. After he left, we waited a few days because our issue could be solved by any plumbing company. However, no other company has a technician like Mr. Cody. Our decision was made. Boy are we happy!! So, in conclusion, dear fellow consumer, if you are looking for a company that goes beyond its limits to help you solve your issue, it's respectful, proactive, with affordable prices, and has the best technician on their team (don't forget, Mr. Cody), All Star Plumbing & Air is your answer. This company is so easy to work with. From scheduling promptly to the actual servicing, everyone is definitely focused on the customer and extremely friendly. I have used them many times over the past several years and never been disappointed. This time the office got me on the schedule in a day, and Cody, the technician, was prompt, thorough, and taught me something in the process ! Definitely a 5 star company.

We had a punctured gas line issue right when we were ready to pour our concrete driveway. The team showed up about a hour earlier then expected so we were able get it fixed, covered and not miss a beat with the concrete pour. Fast polite and very professional. Highly recommend All Star👍👍👍

Had an amazing experience with Cody! He was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable! We had our tankless water heater stop working, I called All Star on a Sunday, the woman in the office was extremely polite and scheduled a service call for the next day. Cody came out, assessed the issue and went over our options as well as provided (3) different estimates for those options. In addition, he explained the dual family plan which I did sign up for. After attempting to assist with a new tankless water heater, we found out our condo is not properly equipped electrically to handle the tankless water heater we had installed-or any tankless water heater. He had several conversations with the electrician about the breakers/electric and it was recommended by Cody that we go back to the “low boy” tanked water heater. Now in our condo, our AC compressor is in the same small closet as the water heater, space is….to put it bluntly….you need to be a contortionist to maneuver around that area. A new heater was ordered, and Cody and Logan installed it the next day. Cody and Logan working in such cramped quarters -the whole time-were extremely polite and answered all my questions. It was certainly NOT an easy job! I will be recommending All Star to anyone who asks me who we use!

Chris & Ryan were both professional & thorough. It was very easy to make an appointment that suited our timing. From the initial phone call to their text message follow ups, the service was very efficient and effective! We highly recommend All Star Plumbing!
